Sir Speedy
Client Profile:
Sir Speedy is the world's largest franchisor of printing and copying centers. After developing the industry's first online ordering system, Sir Speedy MyDocs, the company wanted to expand it's online offering to include a document management system. The system created an unprecedented tool to help franchisees sell more, and give additional value to the franchise brand.
With a limited amount of time and a launch date commitment made to the franchise's 600 franchisees, we worked closely with Sir Speedy's vice president of marketing to develop and deploy a system that integrated with the company's existing online ordering system.
What We Did:
Using a SQL backbone with an object-oriented front end, we were able to provide advanced functionality to the site, while integrating with their existing systems. In addition to functionality, security was a major element of the document management system, so we instituted flexible security algorithms designed to meet the needs of their Fortune 500 clients obsessed with the security of their documents.
The Sir Speedy document management system was introduced to the franchise's worldwide network of centers who have sold it to thousands of clients in the medical, real estate, banking, manufacturing, franchise and business services industries.
